Where Pizza Ranch All Began

Pizza Ranch was born from a simple dream: to create the best ranch pizza in the United States — bold, fresh, and made with ingredients you can actually taste. In 2005, founder Marcus Holloway opened our first location in Cottleville, MO, armed with family recipes, a wood-fired oven, and an unshakeable belief that great food brings people together.

What began as a neighborhood secret quickly grew into a community staple. Our pizzaranch spirit — rooted in warmth, quality, and genuine care — became the heartbeat of everything we do. Two decades later, that spirit hasn't changed. We still hand-stretch every dough, source the finest local produce, and fire every pizza with the same love as day one.

2005

The First Oven Lights Up

Marcus Holloway opens the first Pizza Ranch location in Cottleville, MO with a single wood-fired oven, six tables, and a recipe book passed down from his grandmother.

2008

Ranch Pizza Goes Local

We partnered with local Missouri farms to source fresh produce, officially launching our "Farm to Crust" program — a commitment that remains at our core today.

2011

Community Choice Award

Pizza Ranch was voted Best Pizzeria in St. Charles County by over 12,000 residents — our first major recognition and a proud milestone for the whole team.

2015

Expanding the Ranch

A decade in, we expanded our kitchen, doubled seating, and launched our catering service. The pizzaranch family grew — in team, menu, and loyal customers.

2019
